Ecoconcrete with plastic aggregate and ash production technology

Fly ash will be added to concrete to replace up to 100% of any fine aggregate — sand, quarry dust, fine crushed material, recycled fines, or similar fillers.
Mixed plastic waste, including material from fiber-optic cables and anti-drone reinforcing polymer meshes, will be incorporated into concrete to replace up to 59% of the coarse aggregate, such as limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, crushed stone, or other mineral fillers.

Quality Assurance of BeaverEco
  • Beaver Eco maintains a specialised laboratory in Kharkiv to conduct full-cycle testing on every formulation.
  • We adapt the mix for regional climates, structural loads and diverse construction products including roof tiles, interlocking blocks, paving slabs, curbs, drainage elements and other construction products.
  • Upon end-of-life, the material is crushed and reintroduced as aggregate, ensuring zero waste closed loop.
Benefits of EcoConcrete
Preserving natural resources
By substituting aggregate with plastic waste and sand with fly ash, we protect Earth’s irreplaceable stocks
Generation of Plastic Credits
By extracting plastic waste from landfills, waterways and ecosystems — and converting it through Beaver Eco’s proprietary process — we generate verifiable plastic credits, tradable assets in the circular economy
Waste
utilisation
Recycling plastic debris that currently ends up buried or burned, plus turning fly ash — coal-plant dust — back into building material, instead of dumping it
Generation of Carbon Credits
By substituting aggregate with plastic and sand with fly ash, we prevent raw material extraction — qualifying as carbon avoidance and directly converting into certified carbon credits under global standards
Cost-effective concrete
By replacing gravel with plastic waste and sand with fly ash, we cut costs versus traditional quarry materials. Plus, carbon and plastic credits sales lowering prices — making EcoConcrete far more affordable than standard mix
Our Mission
  • Restoring earth ecosystems
  • Helping countries recover after war with urgent cost-effective infrastructure needs
  • Turning down Climate Change
  • Preserve the planet’s resources
  • Generate employment opportunities, advancing gender equality
  • Remove plastic waste from nature
  • Support developing nations in infrastructure by offering low-cost, affordable EcoConcrete
  • Helping local communities. Under PPRS and PCX program from three percent plastic credits revenue flows to local communities
