Ecoconcrete with plastic aggregate and ash production technology
Fly ash will be added to concrete to replace up to 100% of any fine aggregate — sand, quarry dust, fine crushed material, recycled fines, or similar fillers. Mixed plastic waste, including material from fiber-optic cables and anti-drone reinforcing polymer meshes, will be incorporated into concrete to replace up to 59% of the coarse aggregate, such as limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, crushed stone, or other mineral fillers.

Beaver Eco maintains a specialised laboratory in Kharkiv to conduct full-cycle testing on every formulation.
We adapt the mix for regional climates, structural loads and diverse construction products including roof tiles, interlocking blocks, paving slabs, curbs, drainage elements and other construction products.
Upon end-of-life, the material is crushed and reintroduced as aggregate, ensuring zero waste closed loop.
